Important Information

• Payment plans are available, and fees will be automatically billed to the credit card on file as indicated in the schedule. Deposits are required at the time of registration and will be forfeited if registration is cancelled. Payment will take place two (2) weeks before the program starts. We cannot credit any cancellations after this point as we have invested resources in the program.
• Program age restrictions are based on our experience delivering programs for many years. While it may be disappointing that we cannot offer a specific program for your child or youth, please understand that we have carefully designed the programs to work with the age criteria.
• While we strive to provide a supportive environment, we may not be able to accommodate children requiring intensive behavioural supports or those who have been excluded from school settings.
