Important Information

• Payment plans are available, and fees will be automatically billed to the credit card on file as indicated in the schedule. Deposits are required at the time of registration and will be forfeited if registration is cancelled. Payment will take place two (2) weeks before the program starts. We cannot credit any cancellations after this point as we have invested resources in the program.
• Program age requirements are based on our years of experience delivering effective programming. We understand it may be disappointing when a particular program is not available for your child or youth; however, each program is carefully designed for the developmental needs of the specified age group.
• While we strive to provide a supportive environment, we may not be able to accommodate children who require intensive behavioural supports or who have been excluded from school settings.
