The LDAWE offers an individualized math tutoring program using the award-winning JUMP Math (a curriculum-aligned classroom math program developed by John Mighton, Ph.D., OC, who founded JUMPmath.org).
Our evidence-based Grades 3–8 learning program empowers each child to develop confidence, understanding, and a genuine love of math. This in-person program is specifically designed for children in Grades 3–8 who are struggling in math and may be experiencing challenges such as a diagnosed, identified, or suspected math disability, general learning difficulties, or math-related anxiety.
Participants work with a trained numeracy tutor to build foundational math skills and computational fluency. JUMP Math is taught in small group sessions using a combination of direct instruction and engaging math games and activities to foster math confidence.
